Please Note:
When you click the 'SUBMIT' button at the bottom of the Order Form, your order is automatically sent to us, and we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. Your payment information is sent to us separately, depending on the Payment Method you choose.
We DO NOT automatically send you any emails to confirm your order or payment, or notify you of the shipment date, or provide shipment tracking information.
If there are any problems or questions regarding your order or payment, we will do our best to contact you ONE TIME ONLY using the various contact methods and information you provide - by phone during OUR business hours and/or by email (but not by snail-mail) - please provide accurate information.
We WILL CANCEL your order after 7 days if you do not respond to our attempts to contact you. PLEASE check your voice-mail, your email in-box, your email spam-folder, etc!

Delivery Times:
First - we will do our best to process and ship your order within 2 Business Days after receiving it.
ALL orders that include fabric cuts, custom work, back-orders, special-orders, or any other special-handling will require additional time to process before we can ship.
For USA destinations, for orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, your order can take 4 to 7 Business Days to arrive after you place it.
For USA destinations, for orders shipped via USPS Express Mail, we will attempt to expedite your order if possible, but it can still take 2 to 4 Business Days to arrive after you place it.
For non-USA destinations, your actual delivery time is dependent on your destination country and your country's own postal and customs services - depending on the country, your order should be delivered within 5 to 14 days AFTER we ship it, but possibly longer. Also, please note - you are responsible for any Customs Duty charges that may be imposed at the time of delivery.
