These one-piece pull-on belts look great, are very flattering, and are much less expensive than the 'fancy' versions!
Intended for the classroom and rehearsal, they remind the dancer to keep correct posture and to control (and strengthen) the abdominal and back muscles.
They make it easier for the dancer and the teacher to see hip-placement, and to make appropriate corrections.
They are especially good for beginning and intermediate students, and for all dancers returning from an extended absence or needing an extra reminder.
They do not interfere with or inhibit movement in any way, and can be worn under or over the leotard for rehearsal, and under most costumes for performance.
